Automotive Engineering Corporation Wins Bid for BAIC Zhuzhou Branch New Energy Plant's New Product Introduction and Environmental Upgrade Project
Recently, Automotive Engineering Corporation successfully won the bid for the BAIC Zhuzhou Branch New Energy Plant's new product introduction and environmental upgrade project.
The project is located in Liyu Industrial Park, Tianyuan District, Zhuzhou City. The scope of this renovation includes water-based transformation of the paint shop, energy-saving improvements, environmental upgrades, digital management, and adaptations for the introduction of new vehicle models. Automotive Engineering Corporation undertakes this project, including BU engineering design, upgrading the solvent-based 3C2B to water-based 3C2B, as well as renovation and upgrading of the pretreatment electrophoresis system, painting system, air conditioning system, drying system, exhaust gas treatment system, conveying system, and electrical control system in the paint shop, along with restoration of production functions in other shop areas.
The successful bid for this project marks another significant collaboration between Automotive Engineering Corporation and BAIC Group, following their previous partnerships on projects including BAIC Off-road Vehicles, BAIC Zhenjiang, BAIC Zhuzhou Plant 2, BAIC Shunyi Mercedes-Benz, and BAIC Foton Daimler H6.
