Automotive Engineering Corporation's Participation in National Key R&D Projects Passes Ministry of Science and Technology's Comprehensive Performance Evaluation
Recently, the national key R&D project "Research and Application Demonstration of Network Collaborative Manufacturing Integration Technology in Agricultural Equipment Manufacturing Industry Agglomeration Regions" deeply participated by Automotive Engineering Corporation has successfully passed the comprehensive performance evaluation by the Ministry of Science and Technology. This achievement not only signifies significant progress in intelligent manufacturing and networked collaborative manufacturing in China's agricultural equipment manufacturing sector but also injects powerful momentum into the continuous innovation and development of Automotive Engineering Corporation in this field.

The project marks the first large-scale application of intelligent manufacturing technology among leading enterprises in China's agricultural equipment manufacturing industry. It addresses various application scenarios in the agricultural equipment manufacturing process and establishes a new networked collaborative model encompassing strategies, design, manufacturing, supply chain, and cloud services. The application of this innovative model has not only enhanced the overall level of networked collaborative manufacturing in China's agricultural equipment sector but also significantly improved efficiency in enterprise networked collaborative manufacturing, as well as adding a new dimension to the international competitiveness of China's agricultural equipment manufacturing industry.
Automotive Engineering Corporation undertook the sub-project "Development and Application Demonstration of Intelligent Control Technology for Agricultural Equipment Production Process Based on Digital Twin Technology" in the project. Leveraging its technological expertise from the automotive industry and combining it with the unique characteristics of the agricultural machinery sector, Automotive Engineering Corporation collaborated in industry-academia-research partnerships with Xiamen University, Jiangsu University, and YTO Group to achieve several innovations. These include equipment predictive maintenance driven by multi-source information analysis, Digital Twin of operators driven by virtual-real integration, dynamic data analysis of labor hours using machine vision recognition, and virtual simulation and evaluation of production planning based on Digital Twin. The successful demonstration at YTO Group received significant attention from experts present at the event. At the same time, this project has achieved significant economic and social benefits, with all financial indicators exceeding expectations. The R&D expenses were collected and regulated properly, which is highly recognized by the evaluation experts.
