Shineray Motors Digital Factory Project by Automotive Engineering Corporation Completed and Commissioned
From blueprint to reality,
and from site mobilization to production off-line,
Automotive Engineering Corporation empowers Fuxin Intelligent Manufacturing to rise with momentum,
demonstrating a firm commitment to breakthrough and innovation.
On June 16, the production launch ceremony for the "Xiangshang V6" model of Shineray Motors Digital Factory was grandly held in Fuling, Chongqing. Zhou Qing, head of the automotive task force of the Chongqing Municipal People's Government; Li Yong, Party Secretary of Fuling District; Wang Han, Deputy Director of the Chongqing Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology; and Gong Daxing, Chairman of Shineray Group Co., Ltd., attended the ceremony. As the EPC general contractor of the Fuxin project, Dai Min, Chairman of Sinomach Automobile and Automotive Engineering Corporation, and Yao Lepeng, Deputy General Manager of Automotive Engineering Corporation, were invited to attend the ceremony.
At the ceremony, Gong Daxing stated in his speech that the project team of Automotive Engineering Corporation demonstrated exceptional execution capability and strong commitment, working closely with Shineray Motors in a spirit of "unity, collaboration, and joint effort," and together they created the "Shineray Speed."
The Shineray Motors project represents a key component of Chongqing's strategy to develop a "third pole" in the automotive industry, and it is also confronted with the extreme challenge of an exceptionally compressed construction schedule. In his remarks, Dai Min noted that Automotive Engineering Corporation adhered to a "battle from day one, sprint from the start" working philosophy, driven by a dual-engine approach of technological empowerment and management efficiency improvement, and achieved optimal implementation of deep process overlap and concurrent engineering. By closely tracking critical paths and focusing on key constraints, the project team realized seamless integration and efficient parallel execution across all stages through lean management. Ultimately, the first vehicle roll-off target was achieved ahead of schedule, fully fulfilling commitments across multiple dimensions, including zero safety incidents, high-quality standards, and controllable costs, thereby demonstrating Automotive Engineering Corporation's integrated capabilities and strong contract fulfillment performance in fast-track project delivery.
The successful commissioning of this project marks an important milestone in the project construction process. With this achievement as a new starting point, the Automotive Engineering Corporation team will seize the momentum and continue to make sustained efforts to ensure the stable operation of production line equipment, support production ramp-up and quality improvement, and safeguard the project's early realization of full-scale mass production.
