AE Wins the Bid for JAC Motors Intelligent Welding Production Line Project
At the beginning of the new year, Automotive Engineering Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "AE") successfully won the bid for JAC Motors' G2526 & X245 new welding line construction and capacity enhancement project — Door & Closure Line Project, marking a strong start toward achieving high-quality development throughout the year.
The project is located in Hefei, Anhui Province, with a planned production capacity of 20JPH. The construction scope covers key modules including fenders, tailgates, hoods, and front and rear door assemblies, as well as adjustment lines. The project aims to support JAC Motors in building an intelligent and digital high-end manufacturing plant. In addition to constructing new production lines, the project will also upgrade certain existing areas to increase capacity, boosting the production line takt rate from 30 JPH to 50 JPH. This enhancement will further improve production flexibility and precisely address the customer's needs for capacity upgrading and lean manufacturing.
This cooperation marks another collaboration between AE and JAC Motors in the welding field, following the successful X2233 body side welding line project, signifying a new level of depth and scale in the partnership between the two companies. AE will continue to uphold its customer-centric philosophy and innovation-driven approach, delivering higher-value professional technical services to JAC Motors and jointly promoting high-quality project delivery.
