AE Wins the Bid for JMC Fushan Phase II Painting EPC Project

Automotive Engineering Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "AE") has recently secured another new market order, successfully winning the bid for the JMC Fushan Phase II painting process equipment EPC project, injecting sustained momentum into its annual market expansion efforts.

The project is located in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province. It will extensively adopt advanced equipment and technologies, including high transfer-efficiency coating systems, AI-powered HVAC systems, intelligent curing ovens, and laser cleaning technology, aiming to build an industry-leading paint production line. Upon completion, the project will double production capacity, supporting the simultaneous growth of Ford SUV models and JMC light trucks, and providing solid equipment assurance for achieving quality improvement, efficiency enhancement, and cost reduction objectives.

This successful bid marks another significant achievement in the long-term close cooperation between AE and JMC. The two parties have previously collaborated on multiple projects, including Jiangxi Isuzu, JMC Fushan Phase I, and JMC New Energy Painting EPC, establishing strong mutual trust. In particular, during the JMC Fushan Phase I and light truck introduction projects, AE demonstrated its comprehensive capability to create value for clients and provide solutions through the successful application of its patented automatic skid separation and merging flexible production line technology, as well as lean management practices implemented throughout the entire project lifecycle. These achievements laid a solid foundation for the successful undertaking of the Phase II project. Looking ahead, AE will continue to work hand in hand with JMC to consolidate mutual trust and further expand the scope of cooperation.
