FAW Jiefang Liuzhou Factory GA Project Put into Operation
On May 11, 2021, the completion and commissioning ceremony of FAW Jiefang Liuzhou factory was held.
AE undertook the EPC project of general assemble conveying system of this factory. With an annual production capacity of 20,000 vehicles, products of this project cover heavy, medium, light and mining vehicles. In this project, AE, for the first time, uses the heavy-duty warehouse to store the longitudinal beam of heavy truck; and AE also be the first supplier in China, that enable manufacturers using the non-flip process to complete the front and rear axle assembly of heavy trucks; AE’s self-developed AGV intelligent equipment also adopted to assemble the heavy truck chassis and cab interior.
