GAC AION Thailand Smart Factory Project Contracted by AE is officially completed and put into operation
On July 17, the GAC AION Thailand Smart Factory EPC Project contracted by AE was officially put into operation in Rayong, Thailand. Thailand's Minister of Industry, Pimphattra Wichaikul, Secretary General of the Board of Investment (BOI) Narit Therdsteerasukdi, representatives of the Chinese Embassy in Thailand, Chairman of GAC Group Zeng Qinghong, General Manager of GAC AION Gu Huinan, and General Manager of GAC AION Southeast Asia General Manager of GAC AION Ma Haiyang, among others, attended the event. Xu Zhijun, a member of the AE Party Committee and Deputy General Manager, and Xia Weijiang, Director of Marketing Management Department, were invited to attend the completion ceremony.
The GAC AION Thailand Smart Factory adheres to the concept of "small scale, fast output, and rolling development" and will introduce GAC AION's most advanced technologies and products at the same time. It is committed to helping upgrade Thailand's local new energy vehicle capacity and upgrade the industrial ecology through building a "lighthouse factory" intelligent system.
The successful completion of the GAC AION Thailand Smart Factory marks another milestone in the partnership between GAC AION and AE, showcasing the strong strength of in-depth cooperation.
