AE Attends the 6th Intelligent Manufacturing System Solutions Conference
On July 16, the 6th Intelligent Manufacturing System Solutions Conference was successfully held in Beijing. The conference is guided by the National Expert Committee on Intelligent Manufacturing, sponsored by CIMSIC and the China Electronics Standardization Research Institute, with the aim of carrying out the spirit of the National Conference on Promoting New Industrialization and systematically advancing the innovative development of intelligent manufacturing. Xin Guobin, Party Group member and Vice Minister of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and other officials attended the conference. AE participated in this conference and received the award as an excellent intelligent manufacturing system solution supplier with the highest rating of AAA. Ruan Bing, a member of AE's Party Committee, Deputy General Manager, and Chief Engineer, was invited to give a keynote speech at the conference.
The conference, themed "Developing Advanced and Appropriate Solutions to Accelerate the Formation of New Quality Productivity," brings together leaders from MIIT, local industrial and information department authorities, academicians, experts, representatives from leading enterprises, and suppliers to discuss and share the latest advances in intelligent manufacturing, trends, and achievements, and to facilitate exchanges of experience in regional and industry intelligent manufacturing development.
Ruan Bing delivered a keynote speech titled "Exploration and Practice of High-level Intelligent Manufacturing Solutions for Dispersed Manufacturing Systems in New Energy Vehicle Manufacturing" at the main forum of the conference, deeply analyzed the challenges faced by new energy vehicle manufacturing, shared innovative intelligent manufacturing solutions of AE, proposed the exploration and practice path of high-level mass customization intelligent manufacturing solutions for dispersed manufacturing systems, and showcased AE's leading role and profound strength in driving the advancement of intelligent manufacturing.
During the conference, AE participated in the Intelligent Manufacturing System Solution Exhibition simultaneously, highlighting its representative intelligent manufacturing system solutions and typical cases, such as the full modular body welding flexible production solution, paper box dry spray booth solution, automotive manufacturing AGV flexible connection island-style assembly solution, and engineering applications, which attracted a lot of attention from attendees.
At the closed-door seminar on intelligent manufacturing held that afternoon, Wang Hong, Vice Director of the First Division of Equipment Industry at the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, organized officials from the MIIT's relevant departments, local industrial and information departments, and academicians and experts to listen to special reports on the current status of business operations, technical trends, and the promotion of scientific and technological innovation work from core suppliers of intelligent manufacturing, including AE and Huawei. They also solicited the opinions and suggestions of intelligent manufacturing supplier enterprises on the macro-level policies and key R&D projects of MIIT.
In recent years, AE has been deeply involved in the fields of automotive manufacturing processes and factory construction, continuously developing system solutions with the core values of "high efficiency, intelligent, green, and flexible." In 2023, AE won the bidder unit of the Approval of Open Competition Project of Intelligent Manufacturing System Solutions. In 2024, AE won the second prize in the 1st Manufacturing Intelligentization Solution Innovation Competition. It has won the bid for the Intelligent Manufacturing System Solution Provider project of MIIT for two consecutive years and is the only system solution provider that has won bids for both the "overall planning" and "digital workshop integration", demonstrating its comprehensive strength and profound foundation in the field of intelligent manufacturing. AE is committed to continuously enhancing its core functions and improving its core competitiveness, with solid technologies, products, and services, actively fulfilling its mission and responsibilities as a national team in the machinery industry.
