The Commencement Ceremony for NAC Battery PACK Capacity Project Is Held
Recently, the commencement ceremony for the NAC battery PACK capacity project contracted by AE (hereinafter referred to as ‘AE’) was held solemnly in the NAC base. Relevant leaders of Nanjing municipal government, SAIC Motor, and NAC attended the ceremony, and Zhang Weixin, deputy chief engineer and President of Architectural Engineering Institute II of AE, and Li Yiwei, Vice President of Architectural Engineering Institute II were invited to attend the commencement ceremony.
The NAC battery PACK capacity project is located within the factory area of the NAC base in Jiangbei New Area, covering an area of 24,901 square meters and with a floor area of 38,773 square meters, including the newly-built battery workshop, comprehensive warehouse, fleet maintenance room, and supporting works in the factory area. AE undertook the engineering design, procurement, and construction (EPC) work for the civil engineering and utility equipment of the project. According to the principle of "overall planning and implementation by phases", the main production workshop is completed at one time, and the process production facilities are implemented by steps. After the completion of Phase I of the project, it will have a production capacity of more than 240,000 sets of power batteries per year.
AE project team will carry forward the enterprise spirit of "cooperation, enterprising, sincerity, and excellence", demonstrate the professional technical capabilities of AE, fully ensure the smooth delivery of the project based on nodes, so as to build the project into an excellent benchmark project integrating intelligence, green, novelty, and modernization.
