Dai Min visits Germany to inspect ongoing projects and hold special technical exchanges with customers
From September 12 to 16, Dai Min, chairman of Sinomach Automobile and AE, visited the site of the Mercedes-Benz painting project in Germany for research and held special technical exchanges with the Mercedes-Benz technical team on upcoming new projects. Wang Zhiping, deputy general manager of AE and director of the Overseas Operations Center, along with the heads of the painting business unit, participated in the research and exchanges.

During the research visit, Dai Min and his delegation inspected on-site project operations, reviewed progress reports, held discussions with the overseas project team, and communicated with the owner. He stressed the need to base efforts on the company's "15th Five-Year Plan" strategy, address difficulties and challenges, analyze and summarize key elements of process control and project delivery, clarify the measures to be taken, and promote systematic support from middle- and back-office functions. The customer fully recognized the quality of project execution and the performance of the AE team, and the two sides held discussions and reached consensus on key follow-up processes and phased goals.

Afterwards, Dai Min and his delegation participated in special technical seminars and exchanges on Mercedes-Benz projects to be implemented. In response to the customer's challenging requirements for reshaping competitive advantages amid industry changes, and based on an in-depth understanding of the customer's standards, a thorough review of implemented projects, the latest R&D and innovation achievements, and successful practical experience in serving leading new energy vehicle manufacturers, AE proposed a package of solutions covering professional technical routes, product and solution portfolios, and project construction and delivery to meet challenging goals, and the two teams held full, open, and active communication on these solutions. The seminar and exchanges delivered remarkable results: key elements were identified, the core path was clarified, and consensus between the two sides was consolidated, laying a solid foundation for future cooperation.

At present, AE has entered a critical stage of advancing from "going global" to "going local". The company will persist in using internationalization as the main line to drive management improvement and organizational evolution, continuously enhance its core international competitiveness and value creation capabilities, and safeguard the implementation of the "15th Five-Year Plan" strategy through the high-quality development of its international business.
