Groundbreaking ceremony held for BYH Thailand Plant Phase II


On October 18, the groundbreaking ceremony for BYH Thailand Plant Phase II of Wuxi Best Precision Machinery Co., Ltd., undertaken by Automotive Engineering Corporation as the EPC general contractor, was grandly held in Thailand. Following the successful delivery of Phase I project, the two parties have joined hands once again to deepen cooperation in markets along the Belt and Road. This marks another milestone for Automotive Engineering Corporation in its continued deep engagement in the Thai market and its service to the high-end manufacturing sector. Mr. Cao Yuhua, Chairman of Wuxi Best Precision Machinery Co., Ltd., and other representatives of the company, together with Mr. Zhang Bo, Automotive Engineering Corporation's Party Committee Member and Deputy General Manager, attended the ceremony to witness this significant moment.

 

 

Phase II of the BYH Thailand Plant covers an area of approximately 37,000 square meters, with a floor area of 21,500 square meters. The construction scope includes a foundry shop, machining shop, combined station, and hazardous waste storage facility, among other core facilities. Upon completion, the project will add an annual production capacity of 8,000 tons of various intermediate shell castings, providing strong support for Best's capacity deployment and supply chain optimization in the global market.

 

On the same day, Phase I of the BYH Thailand Plant was officially opened. In his speech, Zhang Bo stated that Automotive Engineering Corporation's successful undertaking of the Phase II project fully reflects Best's strong trust in Automotive Engineering Corporation's technical expertise and project management capabilities. He emphasized that the project team will live up to this trust by maintaining high-quality design, high-standard construction, and ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery, injecting strong momentum into Best's global development strategy.
