Dai Min and his delegation conduct an investigation on the new energy factory project of GAC Honda
On March 26, Dai Min, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Sinomach Automobile Co., Ltd. and Automotive Engineering Corporation, Xu Zhijun, Deputy General Manager of Sinomach Automobile Co., Ltd., Yao Lepeng, Deputy General Manager of Automotive Engineering Corporation, and their delegation conduct an investigation on the new energy factory project of GAC Honda.
The new energy factory was completed and put into production on that day. With a designed annual production capacity of 120,000 vehicles, it has applied a number of advanced technologies and achieved "zero carbon emissions upon production". As a long-term strategic partner of GAC Honda, Dai Min and his delegation had in-depth exchanges with the main Japanese leaders of GAC Honda and the core project team on future cooperation.
Automotive Engineering Corporation undertook the overall planning, engineering design of the project, as well as the full-process equipment supply and technical management of the welding, painting, and general assembly processes. It helped GAC Honda increase the overall production efficiency of the factory by 17.8% and reduce the VOCs emission in the paint shop to 4 g/m². Both indicators rank among the leading levels in the industry.
