Green, intelligent, and high-end digitalized upgrading and reconstruction project of the industrial chain of Shandong Huxiwang Group
This project is located in Shanxian County, Shandong Province, with a total land area of approximately 400 mu (1 mu≈666.67 m2). It is planned to newly build 60,000 square meters of intelligent factory buildings and supporting facilities. Automotive Engineering Corporation will undertake the feasibility study report, scheme design, and construction drawing design of 3 main factory buildings, auxiliary buildings, station buildings, and other supporting facilities for the phase I project, and provide technical services for subsequent construction.
Design, procurement, and EPC project of the cylinder block automatic cleaning line of Asimco Casting (Shanxi) International Co., Ltd.
This project is located in Yuncheng City, Shanxi Province. It aims to create an efficient, intelligent and automatic cylinder block cleaning line within the existing cleaning shop of Asimco, meeting the takt time requirement of 60 pieces per hour for 7 L−15 L diesel engine cylinder block castings. Automotive Engineering Corporation will undertake the full-process EPC service to ensure the integrated delivery of the project from planning to acceptance.
Static pressure line molten iron transfer project of Anhui Heli (Lu'an) Casting Co., Ltd.
After delivering the EPC project of equipment for 4 vacuum process molding lines and 2 casting cooling conveyor lines in Phase I, Automotive Engineering Corporation has once again won the bid for the automatic molten iron transfer project of the static pressure line in Phase II of Anhui Heli (Lu'an) Casting Co., Ltd.
Technical transformation and molding line project for commercial vehicle axle housing of FAW Foundry Co., Ltd.
After the completion of this project, it will become the largest static pressure molding line in terms of specifications in China. The implementation of this project will break the foreign technical monopoly, realize the localization of production of high-end static pressure molding main machines, and strongly promote the transformation and upgrading of China's forging and casting equipment manufacturing industry.
