Multiple projects of Automotive Engineering Corporation won the 2024 Sinomach Science and Technology Award
Recently, the list of awards for the 2024 China National Machinery Industry Corporation Science and Technology Award was announced, and three projects from Automotive Engineering Corporation were listed. Among them, Overall Solution for Intelligent Automotive Manufacturing Engineering and Research and Application of Intelligent Control Platform for High-end Automotive Factories won the second prize, and Innovation and Application of Key Technologies for Primer Conveying System in Automotive Industry won the third prize.
Overall Solution for Intelligent Automotive Manufacturing Engineering
In this project, based on the framework model of the intelligent manufacturing factory standard system, focusing on automotive manufacturing engineering, an intelligent automotive manufacturing engineering solution is comprehensively created for the automotive equipment manufacturing industry from four aspects, namely the intelligent manufacturing standard system, core intelligent equipment, intelligent factories, and intelligent services. This has solved bottleneck problems in the industry from multiple aspects, effectively improved the market share and competitiveness of domestic equipment in domestic and foreign markets, and made multiple intelligent, green, and energy-saving technical equipment reach the international leading level.
Research and Application of Intelligent Control Platform for High-end Automotive Factories
In this project, by relying on the "full chain digital intelligent factory", multiple leading fully automatic intelligent equipment and innovative processes at home and abroad have been used to break through the contradiction between traditional large-scale production and personalized customization, perfectly fit the technological innovation capability with the concept of digital intelligent manufacturing, and create an open intelligent control platform (AE-iMES) integrating production, equipment, energy, quality, safety, and maintenance management. The AE-iMES platform combines the latest digital intelligent technologies with advanced equipment, breaking through the contradiction between traditional large-scale production and personalized customization, and meeting the production needs of large-scale customization of multiple vehicle models.
Innovation and Application of Key Technologies for Primer Conveying System in Automotive Industry
In order to meet the rapid development needs of the automotive industry and break the technological monopoly of foreign countries on automotive conveying equipment, innovation and application of automotive primer transport spreader and its conveying technology have been developed, and the overall planning and implementation of basic theoretical research have been completed. Through the researches conducted in this project, important theoretical guidance has been provided for the research of primer transport spreader and conveying technology, successfully breaking through multiple technical bottlenecks and breaking the history that construction of the automobile factory painting workshop relies heavily on imported conveyors. Due to the achievements made in this project, the imported conveyors can be completely substituted effectively reducing construction cost of automobile factories. These technologies have been promoted and applied in over a hundred projects, making the Corporation ranks among the top in the domestic market share, enters into the international market, and obtains remarkable economic benefits.
