First Prize of Henan Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award
Recently, the list of winners for the 2024 Henan Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award was announced, among which two projects from Automotive Engineering Corporation were awarded the first prize, namely the Development and Industrial Application of Key Technologies for Intelligent Vehicle Manufacturing and the Innovation and Application of Key Technologies for Primer Conveying Unit in Automotive Industry.
Development and Industrial Application of Key Technologies for Intelligent Vehicle Manufacturing
In this project, 3 standard systems were established for intelligent equipment, intelligent factories, and intelligent services, 16 core equipment were developed around four aspects (core intelligent equipment, intelligent equipment set, new energy vehicle equipment, and green intelligent equipment), 3 intelligent factory solutions were completed based on flexible manufacturing planning, digital design, and operation management, and 3 intelligent service solutions were developed around personalized customization technology, big data platform technology, and remote operation and maintenance technology, dozens of innovative and widely applicable technological achievements of great significance were achieved and have been successfully promoted and demonstrated in multiple engineering projects. These achievements are comprehensively superior to imported products and have reached the international advanced level.
Innovation and Application of Key Technologies for Primer Conveying Unit in Automotive Industry
In this project, high-quality innovation in the field of primer conveying technology in automotive industry has been achieved through technological innovation, forming a mature key technology system for automotive paint shop primer conveying unit. The research and development of key technologies for primer transport spreader and its conveying unit in the automotive industry has ended the history of domestic automobile factories relying on imported primer conveyors, and brings these technologies to the international advanced level in the same industry. This has a significant driving effect on promoting the manufacturing research of domestic automotive equipment and improving the development level of the national automotive industry, and is of great significance in promoting social and economic development and scientific and technological progress.
Advanced Collective in 2024 Standardization of Foundry Machinery
Recently, the first working meeting and standard review meeting of the 7th National Technical Committee for Foundry Machinery Standardization was held in Quanzhou City, Fujian Province. At this meeting, the advanced collectives and individuals in the standardization work of the 6th National Technical Committee for Foundry Machinery Standardization were commended. Automotive Engineering Corporation was awarded the title of Advanced Collective in 2024 Standardization of Foundry Machinery, which is the fourth time in recent years that the Corporation has won this title; Liu Xiaolong, the director of the Foundry Engineering Institute, was awarded the Outstanding Contribution Award for Standardization.

Recently, Tianjin Exploration and Design Association announced the list of winners of the Tianjin "Good House" Design Competition. With outstanding design concepts and exquisite skills, Automotive Engineering Corporation stood out from numerous entries and won three awards for its outstanding works.

In this project, the design team demonstrated a profound understanding and relentless pursuit of ideal living spaces, cleverly integrated the three concepts of "suspended transportation", "green garden", and "shared community", and designed a shared neighborhood new city constructed by connecting livable green gardens through slow enjoying suspended transportation, bringing revolutionary changes to modern living spaces. Its unique design style and forward-looking planning concept have won high praise from the judges and set a new benchmark for modern residential design.

In this project, the ecological, technological, and shared concept of "sharing+ecology, technology+nature" leads the new trend of future residential design, the natural elements are perfectly integrated with modern architecture, and a living environment that feels like being in a forest for residents is created by introducing natural landscapes such as green plants and water features. Besides, the design concept of shared space was also integrated in the project, encouraging communication and interaction among residents, breaking the closed nature of traditional residential buildings, and building a harmonious and open community atmosphere.
The Coodyear installation line project in Hefei City has received praise from customers
Recently, the Coodyear installation line project in Hefei City undertaken by AE Changxing, a subsidiary of Automotive Engineering Corporation, has been highly recognized by customers and awarded the honorary titles of "Excellent Partner" and "Excellent Supplier". This project involves the construction of a conveyor line for the vulcanization and final inspection area of the fourth phase project undertaken by Continental Tire (China) Co., Ltd. from TRANSSYSTEM in Poland. The project team strictly controlled installation quality of equipment and ultimately achieved successful production of the first tire without any lagging, and completed installation of the project on schedule and with high quality.

Second Prize in Team Style Show Activity
Recently, the 1st National Safety Management Standardization Team Style Show and "Team Standard (Safety) Knowledge Answering" On-site Show and Exchange Meeting sponsored by the China Association of Work Safety was successfully held in Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province. The short video "Insisting on Getting to the Bottom of the Matter for Safety" by AE Changxing, a subsidiary of Automotive Engineering Corporation, won the second prize in the team creation element scene simulation video competition.
