Joint Construction of Sustainable Automobile Ecology — Successful Hosting of Automotive Engineering Corporation & Siemens Technology Day
From September 5 to 6, the Automotive Engineering Corporation & Siemens Technology Day with a theme of "Accelerating Transformation — Joint Construction of Sustainable Development" was successfully hosted at the headquarters of Automotive Engineering Corporation.
Dai Min, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Sinomach Automobile, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Automotive Engineering Corporation, Wang Haibin, Executive Vice-President/General Manager of Digital Industry Group of Siemens (China) Co., Ltd., and management teams from both parties attended the opening ceremony of the Technology Day. Dai and Wang delivered opening speeches respectively, followed by a joint visit to the Technology Day exhibition.
At the management conference, both parties conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions on several key issues such as strengthening globalization cooperation and jointly exploring cooperation in future automobile manufacturing technology and value-added services. Both parties were active in making effective statements and reached a high degree of agreement on several aspects, further consolidating the cooperation foundation of "consensus, co-creation, coexistence, and win-win."
During the event, the management team of Siemens visited Tianjin Zhongbei and Jinghai Automobile Equipment R&D and Manufacturing Center of Automotive Engineering Corporation, and technicians from both parties engaged in a technical exchange centering on 18 topics including motion control, factory automation, artificial intelligence, flexible production, engineering standard, industrial communication, carbon footprint, and data governance.
By hosting the Technology Day, both parties jointly planned a strategic blueprint and specific implementation measures for the next stage and reached an extensive and profound consensus on how to empower each other and join hands to create new quality productivity in the industry. In the future, Automotive Engineering Corporation will continue to work with partners to build an industrial "ecosystem," build new advantages, create new value, and achieve the goal of "coexistence, win-win, and co-creation of better future" to contribute wisdom and strength to the healthy and sustainable growth of the industry.
