Beijing Hyundai Chongqing Plant is an important manufacturing base of Beijing Hyundai in southwest China, with the most advanced production technology of Beijing Hyundai, and is a flagship plant with new experience. The production capacity is 300,000 units/year, and the maximum designed cycle time is 70JPH. It has been officially completed and put into operation on July 19, 2017.
it is to build an intelligent plant in accordance with the planning concept of "flexibility, digitization, automation and datamation", the new four modernization. The designed cycle time is 60JPH. The project meets the collinear flexible production of multiple models from two-seat A00 class to seven-seat full-size SUV/MPV, and initiates the integral combination assembly process with double inlets and double outlets to meet the process requirements for production with high cycle time;
the designed cycle time of the project is 60JPH. The project is the flagship experience plant prepared by GAC for the future electrification trend. For the first time, the project adopts the automatic combination assembly and tightening technology for chassis used by European automakers, and absorbs the concept of "rootless production" of Japanese lean production. The products include S, LX, V, Y and other models of AION series. The project started construction in July 2018 and the SOP began in May 2019.
the project is equipped with a series of tooling equipment with the highest standards of the industry such as the general assembly conveying system composed of lifting slide plate, EMS, annular slide plate and plastic plate chain. The automation and intelligence level is leading in China, and the technological level is in line with international luxury car brands. The production capacity is 10JPH and the project has been put into production in September 2016.
