Jianhe River Governance Project of "Four-river Treatment" Project in Luoyang
The Project is located in Jianxi District and Xigong District. The overall length of the comprehensive treatment is 17km, with a total investment of about RMB 2.053 billion, which concerns Jianhe River, Wangxiang River, Jinshui River, Dongdu Gully, Xidu Dully and offshore parks, four bridges across Jianhe River, surrounding roads and pipe networks. It is one of the key projects of Luoyang Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government to promote the "four-rivers treatment and three-canals linkage", which is of great significance to improve the production and living conditions of people along the rivers, improve urban functions and expand the urban development space.
