Volvo P519 Closure Project（Pack F&G）
P519 is a type of SUV released in the Chengdu plant of the brand Polestar of Volvo. AE undertook the front cover, wings, front and rear doors, rear bumper and adjustment line areas of this project. This project adopts the mode of random flexible production and the idea of lean production, covers spot welding, gluing, hemming, edge rolling, laser flight welding, carbon fiber harness and other processes and technologies. Currently, this project has completed MTO1 and is planned to proceed to SOP in April 2022.
