The construction site of the project is located in Zhengdong New District, Zhengzhou City, including Phase I and Phase II Works in the factory area of the SAIC Passenger Vehicle (Zhengzhou) Base. The total land area of Phase I project is about 94.63 hectares ( about 1,420 mu), and the total construction area is 400,000 square meters; The Phase II project covers an area of 1,600 mu and its total construction area is 540,000 square meters. The annual production capacity of the new plant of Phase II is 240,000 passenger vehicles.
The project is located in the Economic and Technological Development Zone, Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, with the Phase I building coverage area of 35,768 square meters and a construction area of 39,678 square meters. The Phase II project of the shop is connected to the north side, the buildings of the Phase I project cover an area of 30,155 square meters, its construction area is 33,200 square meters, the annual production capacity of the Phase I project is 300,000 engines, and the annual production capacity of the Phase II expansion project is 300,000 engines.
The main construction contents of the SAIC Motor Cloud Computing (Zhengzhou) Data Center Project includes the data center building, the staff parking lot, the diesel generator set site, etc., the building of the cloud computing data center covers an area of 8,103 square meters and its construction area is 15,800 square meters, it is constructed in accordance with the international T3+ standard, and it is the most advanced cloud computing data center in the automobile industry currently. The business supported by the project will cover the entire complete vehicle manufacturing, components and parts, service trade, auto finance and international business of SAIC Motor.
The project is located in Luoyang City, Henan Province, with a planned production capacity of 1.5GWh, a coverage area of 217 mu and a total construction area of about 66,000 square meters, and our company has undertaken the EPC of the Phase III project.
