Sinomach Auto and EVE Energy Sign Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement; AE Signs Key Projects Simultaneously

On April 16, Sinomach Automobile Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sinomach Auto") and Huizhou EVE Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "EVE Energy") signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement in Tianjin. As a subsidiary of Sinomach Auto, Automotive Engineering Corporation, together with China Automobile Trading Co., Ltd., signed an engineering project cooperation agreement and a battery circulation chain project cooperation agreement with EVE Energy, respectively. The coordinated signing by the three parties marks the beginning of a new chapter in full-scale, multi-level, and broad-spectrum industrial collaboration between a leading central enterprise in full-chain automotive services and a global leader in the lithium battery industry. Dai Min, Chairman of Sinomach Auto and Automotive Engineering Corporation and Liu Jianhua, Co-Founder and President of EVE Energy, attended and witnessed the signing ceremony.

This cooperation represents an important initiative to respond to the national "dual-carbon" and "two new" policies, aimed at promoting high-quality development in the new energy industry. As a key business collaboration under Sinomach Auto's overall strategic framework, Sinomach Auto will leverage its continuous technological innovation and outstanding engineering service capabilities to provide engineering support for EVE Energy's domestic and overseas capacity construction, assisting the company's global production layout strategy.

Since the formal start of cooperation in 2020, Automotive Engineering Corporation has partnered with EVE Energy on multiple power and energy storage battery projects. Over the years, the two sides have maintained a stable and trustworthy partnership, consistently focusing on quality, efficiency, cost control, and green construction, thereby providing solid support for the efficient implementation and lean growth of EVE Energy projects.

The signing of this agreement represents a practical step forward based on market demand and industrial collaboration. In particular, Automotive Engineering Corporation signed an overseas energy storage battery factory project cooperation agreement with EVE Energy, and will provide full-process engineering and technical support for EVE Energy's global capacity layout. Looking ahead, the two parties will pursue mutually beneficial cooperation through resource sharing and complementary advantages, continuously deepen collaboration, promote full-chain integration, accelerate the upgrading of the new energy industry ecosystem, and contribute to green and low-carbon transformation.

The signing ceremony was attended by Zhang Jialiang, General Manager of the Regional Management Department of EVE Energy's Marketing Center; Jia Yi, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of Sinomach Auto; Liu Xiangdong, Deputy General Manager of Sinomach Auto, and Chairman and General Manager of China Automobile Trading Co., Ltd.; and Zhang Jijun, Deputy General Manager of Automotive Engineering Corporation.
