AE won the Outstanding Service Award of Chery Automobile in 2021and 2022
At the beginning of 2023, AE won the Outstanding Service Support Award in 2021 (reissued due to COVID19) and the Outstanding Service Customer Award in 2022 at the 2023 annual meeting of supply chain ecosystem held by Chery Automobile with the theme of ‘Making concrete efforts, Creating change and Winning the future’. Hence, AE won the Outstanding Service Award of Chery Automobile for two consecutive years.Jia Xijun, deputy secretary of Party Committee and general manager of AE, Xu Zhijun, deputy general manager of AE, Feng Biao, deputy director of Manufacture Engineering Institute, and Yuan Quanhong, deputy director of General Design Department were invited to attend the meeting.
In 2022, Chery Group achieved contrarian growth through reform breakthrough, and all major business indicators reached the best level in history, creating four ‘historical first’ breakthroughs-the annual operating revenue exceeded 200 billion yuan for the first time, the annual sales volume reached a record high of 1.23 million vehicles, the annual export reached 450,000 vehicles for the first time, and the annual sales volume of new energy has doubled year-on-year with 230,000 vehicles
AE has been cooperating with Chery Automobile since the beginning of Chery Automobile’s establishment. In recent years, with the rapid development of Chery Automobile, the cooperation between the two sides has been continuously strengthened. In 2021, the two sides entered the stage of comprehensive strategic cooperation, AE has successively undertaken a series of projects of Chery Automobile, such as Yibin, Anqing, Qingdao, Wuhu Chaoyi Factory, Zongyang Battery Project, etc., including planning and design, whole-process engineering consultation, painting production line, general assembly production line, welding production line equipment preparation and supply etc., helping Chery to develop in a new round. In particular, the project team of Qingdao Super Factory overcame the unfavorable factors such as the epidemic situation and shortage of raw materials, enabling the project to be successfully completed and put into operation in only 17 months, creating ‘Qingdao Speed’ and ‘Chery Acceleration’, which fully reflected the advantages and value of ‘high quality, excellent cost, short cycle and value-added’ in the construction of the whole vehicle factory of AE.
In the future, together with customers including Chery Automobile, AE will give full play to the technical advantages of the whole industrial chain of automobile factory planning and construction in factory planning and design, engineering consulting, project management, engineering construction, equipment R&D and manufacturing, installation and commissioning, and accompanying production and operation, jointly face the requirements of low-carbon, digital ,intelligent upgrading of the automobile industry and high-quality development of flexible, efficient and intelligent equipment, and jointly tackle key problems, jointly innovate and open cooperation, jointly promote industrial upgrading, jointly embrace change, lead change and advance, and show more surging Chinese power to the global automobile industry.
