AE Launches Fuling NEV Lightweight Project
On November 3, AE won the bid for Chongqing Fuxin Digital Intelligence Technology’s Fuling High-Tech Zone NEV Lightweight Components Plant and Intelligent Production Line Project and immediately began project execution. As a key part of Chongqing’s strategy to build a "Smart Connected NEV Capital," the project features a 30 JPH production rhythm, targeting an annual output of 150,000 lightweight new energy vehicles and supporting the advancement of the regional NEV industry chain.
The bid scope includes construction of new production workshops—paint shop, logistics center workshop, welding-painting link corridor, and painting-general assembly link corridor—along with supporting production and auxiliary facilities. It also covers process equipment and utility systems for the new paint shop and logistics center workshop, as well as the welding shop’s mechanical transportation, touch-up welding, and metal finish lines.
AE will adopt a "start strong, sprint from day one" approach, fully committing to delivering all construction tasks on time while exceeding client expectations and supporting Shineray's transformation. Following the bid win, an on-site mobilization meeting was immediately held, where Chairman Dai Min and Vice President Yao Lepeng outlined project planning, organizational structure, and task assignments. All work has now commenced simultaneously and is fully underway.
