Automotive Engineering Corporation wins multiple awards at Sinomach's AI Innovation Competition


On May 27, the final round of China National Machinery Industry Corporation (Sinomach)'s first "Opportunity AI" AI Innovation Competition concluded successfully in Beijing. Automotive Engineering Corporation actively participated in the competition, with its 4 projects advancing to the final round and ultimately winning one first-place award, two second-place awards, and one third-place award.

 

Application of SolutionX Multimodal AI Collaboration Platform in Flexible Manufacturing

 

 

The project addresses key challenges in flexible manufacturing — including production line reconfiguration, intelligent decision-making, and human-machine collaboration — through four innovative applications: intelligent production control agents, AMR deep reinforcement learning scheduling engines, smart factory voice-interconnect systems, and AI assistants. This drives the intelligent transformation of manufacturing toward "low-threshold, high-resilience, and high-agility" operations.

 

 

AI+ Digital Twin Platform for Flexible Island-Style Production

The project integrates multimodal AI with intelligent optimization algorithms to overcome key challenges in island-style flexible production systems, including dynamic layout configuration, human-machine collaborative matching, and digital process documentation. This solution can achieve significant reductions in production line design cycles and improvements in resource utilization, driving the transformation of automotive manufacturing toward intelligent flexible modes characterized by low reconfiguration costs and high operational agility.

 

 

AI-based Intelligent Knowledge Management Platform

The project is dedicated to building an AI-driven intelligent knowledge management platform. With three core technologies — knowledge graph optimization, vertical large model applications, and data-driven decision-making — it addresses the challenges of multidisciplinary integration and customized demands in engineering design, thereby driving intelligent transformation across the industry.

 

AI-Empowered Green Coating Intelligent Treatment System

 

 

The project aims to develop an AI-powered green intelligent coating treatment system based on digital twin technology. By integrating four core modules — 3D design, simulation verification, virtual commissioning, and smart operation — it can achieve high-precision modeling, intelligent optimization, and closed-loop control throughout the entire coating process. This system significantly reduces energy consumption and pollutant emissions while shortening development cycles, driving the transformation of automotive and equipment coating technologies toward high-efficiency, low-carbon, and intelligent operations.
