Automotive Engineering Corporation's Standardization and Tech R&D Reach New Heights
Recently, Automotive Engineering Corporation has achieved significant breakthroughs in technology R&D and has been deeply involved in the national key R&D plans and the initiation of international standard formulation. These achievements not only reflect Automotive Engineering Corporation's leading strength in the field of automotive engineering technology but also have made a positive contribution to promoting technological progress and industrial upgrading in the industry.
National Standard Enterprise Intelligent Manufacturing Efficiency Evaluation Method Drafting Working Group Meeting Successfully Convened
From April 23 to 24, the second meeting of the drafting working group for the national standard Enterprise Intelligent Manufacturing Efficiency Evaluation Method was held in Luoyang. This meeting was organized by the Instrumentation Technology and Economy Institute (ITEI), which is the leading drafting unit, and Automotive Engineering Corporation, as a major participating unit, hosted the meeting.
Intelligent manufacturing efficiency evaluation is an important part of the intelligent manufacturing assessment system. The group standard (T/CAMS 182-2024) led by the ITEI has become a reference for the gradual cultivation of smart factories, and on this basis, a national standard (20242590-T-604) has been initiated.
As an AAA-level supplier of intelligent manufacturing system solutions, Automotive Engineering Corporation has participated in the compilation of multiple national standards, undertaken projects from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, won the second prize in the first National Intelligent Manufacturing Solution Innovation Competition, and contributed to the construction of national intelligent manufacturing standards.
China Association for Engineering Construction Standardization's Standard for the Design of Forging Hammer Foundations Kick-off Meeting and First Working Session Successfully Held
On May 9, the kick-off meeting for the Standard for the Design of Forging Hammer Foundations by the China Association for Engineering Construction Standardization was convened in Tianjin. The meeting was organized by Automotive Engineering Corporation, with association leaders, experts, and industry representatives discussing the standard formulation work together.
Forging hammers are key equipment in mechanical manufacturing, but currently, there is a lack of specialized standards for their basic design both domestically and internationally. The establishment of this standard will address technical challenges such as vibration control and foundation parameter correction, providing a regulatory basis for engineering design, construction, and acceptance. The meeting reviewed and approved the outline, division of labor, and schedule, clarifying the core content of 13 chapters.
The convening of this meeting marks the comprehensive launch of the formulation work for the Standard for the Design of Forging Hammer Foundations. With the joint efforts of top industry forces, this standard is expected to provide significant technical support for enhancing the safety performance of China's forging hammer equipment and promoting green intelligent manufacturing.
The 2025 National Foundry and Forging Machinery Standardization and Industrial Standard Project Launch Meeting was Successfully Convened
From May 12 to 14, the National Technical Committee on Foundry and Forging Machinery Standardization held the 2025 standard project launch meeting in Qingdao. The meeting arranged the drafting and revision work for 36 newly initiated standards (17 for foundry and 19 for forging), established drafting working groups, and clarified task division and timeline milestones. On May 13, the compulsory standard AQ 7016-2025 Foundry Safety Specifications co-compiled by Automotive Engineering Corporation was officially released, marking a new breakthrough in the company's standard formulation work.
Leveraging its strengths in V-process molding lines and foundry safety, Automotive Engineering Corporation took the lead in drafting one national standard and two industry standards. Among them, Safety Requirements for Foundry Machinery Molding and Core-making Machinery and Related Equipment is a national standard translated from an international standard, and the two V-process casting industry standards are newly initiated projects. As an advanced collective in the standardization work of foundry machinery in 2024, Automotive Engineering Corporation continues to lead the development of industry standardization, achieving a comprehensive upgrade from terminology standards to mandatory safety standards, from industry standards to international standards, and from participating in the compilation to leading the compilation, creating a new height in the standardization development of the casting and forging field.
The National Key R&D Program's Major Special Project "Information-Physical-Entity Integration-Driven Production Management Integration Technology" Project Launch and Implementation Plan Review Meeting was Successfully Convened
On May 18, the launch meeting for the "Industrial Software" major special project under the National Key R&D Program, titled "Information-Physical-Entity Integration-Driven Production Management Integration Technology," was held at Zhejiang University. Automotive Engineering Corporation, as the leading unit for Task 3, "Research on Global Optimization Intelligent Decision-Making Technology for Production Management Facing New Flexible Manufacturing Models," is undertaking a basic research national-level project for the first time, marking a key step for the company in promoting the deep integration of industrial software and intelligent manufacturing.
The meeting gathered more than ten authoritative experts in the field of intelligent manufacturing and representatives from participating research units. Ruan Bing, Chief Expert of Sinomach and Automotive Engineering Corporation, and Deputy Director of the Expert Consultation Committee, attended the meeting and reported on the implementation plan. Task 3 will address the pain points of high production management complexity and slow decision response in new flexible manufacturing models by developing global optimization intelligent decision-making technology for new automotive manufacturing models represented by island assembly. It will construct a dynamic scheduling model and algorithm system covering multiple scenarios and objectives, achieving efficient allocation of production resources and intelligent collaboration of process flows. The results will be applied to the automotive manufacturing, equipment manufacturing, and other complex equipment industries, providing technical support for the digital transformation of the industrial chain.
As a national-level overall solution provider for intelligent manufacturing, leading this national key R&D program is an important measure for Automotive Engineering Corporation to practice the concept of "technology empowering manufacturing." In the future, Automotive Engineering Corporation will continue to deepen the integration and innovation of industrial software and the manufacturing industry, contributing to the construction of a strong manufacturing country.
