Chairman Dai Min Investigates and Visits BYD Thailand Project Site
On May 1st, Dai Min, Party Secretary and Chairman of AE, Xu Zhijun, Deputy General Manager, and the head of Architectural Engineering InstituteⅡ as well as the Director of General Design Department, visited the BYD Thailand project site. They focused on the overall mobilization of the delivery work, and inspected and guided the overall progress, quality, safety, goals, and other management work of the project.
As a strategic partner, this project is another milestone for AE and BYD to expand their comprehensive cooperation overseas based on engineering design and construction EPC, equipment supply EPC, and other aspects. During this period, Dai Min led the on-site management team to undergo an inspection by BYD Group executives. The owner recognized the effectiveness of the AE project during the execution phase and highly expected the project to be delivered on schedule and achieve BYD's overseas strategy.
During the on-site period, Dai Min and Xu Zhijun had discussions and exchanges with the project management team, comforted and encouraged team members, conducted research on the strategy, mechanism, and policy formulation and improvement of AE's overseas business operations, and provided guidance on specific issues such as project management, team building, living security, and localization improvement.
The implementation of this project is a challenge for AE, but it is also an opportunity for us to expand and enhance capabilities in all aspects. The project team of AE will rely on its rich experience in overseas projects to escort BYD to implement the national "the Belt and Road" initiative and explore new markets and business fields.
