XZ4415B Air-flow Press Molding Digital Complete Equipment of Sinomach Foundary and Metal Forming Co., Ltd. (a Subsidiary of Automotive Engineering Corporation) is selected as the first set technical equipment product list in Shandong Province in 2024
Recently, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Shandong Province issued a notice announcing the list of first set technical equipment manufactures and products in Shandong Province in 2024. The XZ4415B Air-flow Press Molding Digital Complete Equipment of Sinomach Foundary and Metal Forming Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Automotive Engineering Corporation, was successfully selected.
The XZ4415B Air-flow Press Molding Digital Complete Equipment is mainly used in the production and manufacturing of precision castings such as transmission block, cylinder block, cylinder head, oil pan, gearbox, and hydraulic components. In this project, robots were used to replace manual operations in 5 critical processes (including automatic sand mold recognition) for the first time in China, significantly improving the automation level of equipment. Besides, on the equipment, a stereoscopic cold storage has been developed, achieving stereoscopic lifting, descending, transportation of molding flasks and self-circulation operation of 500t heavy-duty molding flask trucks, and reducing the cooling area by 50%; and a stereoscopic shaping plate warehouse has been developed, achieving stereoscopic storage and automatic replacement of shaping plates for the first time and improving the digitalization and intelligence level of the complete set of air-flow press molding equipment.
