AE Process Engineering Institute is awarded the title of Advanced Collective of Central Enterprises
On September 26, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of the People's Republic of China and the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council jointly organized a Commendation Conference for Advanced Collectives and Labor Models of Central Enterprises. The AE Process Engineering Institute was awarded the title of Advanced Collective of Central Enterprises.
The conference awarded the title of "Advanced Collective of Central Enterprises" to 491 collectives and the title of "Labor Model of Central Enterprises" to 792 individuals, further promoting the spirit of model workers, the work ethic, and the craftsmanship spirit, and inspiring the broad masses of cadres and workers of central enterprises to make achievements in the new journey of comprehensively promoting the high-quality development of state-owned central enterprises.
The AE Process Engineering Institute boasts a young team of 458 members, with an average age of only 34. It specializes in providing solutions and equipment supply for the welding and final assembly systems of automobile factories, with a business chain covering logistics, AGVs, automatic assembly, and other fields. Since its establishment in 2009, it has successfully completed more than 2,000 industry projects, with a brand coverage rate exceeding 80% and a domestic market share surpassing 30%. Its final assembly business has ranked first nationwide for five consecutive years, leading the world, while its welding business has remained at the forefront of the country for three consecutive years.

While pursuing business development, the Process Engineering Institute emphasizes the deep integration of party building and business operations, with innovation and effectiveness as its core. By establishing an evaluation mechanism of "Party Building+Performance+Achievements," the institute tightly combines party building work with production and operation, surpassing its business targets for five consecutive years. This has helped the company rank among the top 20 in national EPC turnover and 11th in overseas EPC turnover. Additionally, it has won multiple national honors.

Facing the challenges of the global automotive industry, the Process Engineering Institute adheres to new development concepts, with flexibility, lean production, intelligence, and green as its innovation directions. Among them, the intelligent lifting chassis assembly system has successfully replaced imported equipment, filling the domestic technological gap and promoting a leap in automobile chassis production processes. Meanwhile, the proposed reconfigurable intelligent AGV island assembly concept meets customers' personalized customization needs, enabling mixed-line production and shortening project construction cycles, thereby accelerating product iterations. Furthermore, the institute has obtained over 100 national-level, provincial-level, and ministerial-level patents and more than 50 software copyrights, reaching world-class levels in product systematization, equipment intelligence, and platform digitization.

In active response to the national "14th Five-Year Plan," the Process Engineering Institute has served world-class enterprises such as BMW and Mercedes-Benz, while deepening cooperation with leading enterprises in the new energy vehicle industry, including BYD, to assist national brands in entering overseas markets. In promoting high-quality development for the joint construction of the "Belt and Road", the institute has undertaken numerous projects in countries along the route and obtained industry standard certification from the German Association of the Automotive Industry, acquiring a pass to enter European and American markets. It has successfully implemented multiple high-end projects in Germany, core regions of Europe, and the United States, demonstrating its ability to compete with world-leading equipment suppliers.
