Zhou Mingqin, Member of the Standing Committee, Chief Accountant, and Chief Auditor of Sinomach, Surveyed Automotive Engineering Corporation
On August 26, Zhou Mingqin, Member of the Standing Committee, Chief Accountant, and Chief Auditor of Sinomach, surveyed Automotive Engineering Corporation to look into its business operation and reform development, sci-tech innovation, financial management, overseas risk investigation, and Party building and supervise the implementation of inspection, rectification, and value enhancement in areas of responsibility. Wang Weiling, Director of the Audit Department of Sinomach, and Su Ye, Deputy Director of the Financial Department of Sinomach, accompanied the survey.
Zhou Mingqin and his party visited the digital exhibition hall of Automotive Engineering Corporation and conducted field research on the R&D-Test-Manufacture integrated base of the equipment production business. He emphasized that:
We should stand high on politics. We should study and implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee in depth, stand fast in performing the major missions in the new era and on a new journey as a Central Enterprise, actively leverage the important function of "sci-tech innovation, industry control, and safety support," enhance core functions and competitiveness with value enhancement as the focus, and implement the objective to make strong, superior, and big itself as a state-owned Central Enterprise.
We should steadily advance inspection and rectification works. We should thoroughly implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech and instruction on inspection and rectification, enhance political consciousness, ideology consciousness, and action consciousness, shoulder the political responsibility of inspection and rectification, and take more resolute and effective measures to complete all tasks during the centralized rectification period.
We should take both development and safety into account. We should firmly establish bottom-line thinking and safe development ideology, consolidate the financial management and audit management, and improve the risk control system and mechanism building to guarantee high-quality development with high-level safety.
We should further consolidate the management of "accounts receivable and inventory". We should take effective measures to perform the reduction of "accounts receivable and inventory," and take it as a key point with a determined goal, strengthened responsibility, and assessment direction to improve corporate operation quality and efficiency, reduce operation costs and risks, and achieve greater quality and efficiency and stable growth.
