Based on the global platform strategy for Daimler truck and the goal of "exclusively made in China", this project produces and sells Mercedes-Benz tractors and brand new heavy tractors in China. Project location: No. 3 Foton Daimler Plant, Huairou District, Beijing. The production line includes vehicle body line, line of plastic parts and stereoscopic warehouse, with a total run at rate of 14JPH. The pre-treated electrophoreses adopt upender for delivery. The Painting supply system is a high-efficiency energy-saving Pig system. The spray booth adopts the latest generation-III dry-type carton system for Painting mist treatment. The production line was designed and constructed fully in accordance with the global standard Daimler I6.
Geely Auto Baoji-Yuyao-Hangzhou Bay-Chunxiao-Linhai-Xi'an-Xiangtan-Changxing Painting Shop <br> This project provides 8 Painting and production lines for Geely Auto Group, achieving an annual output of 1.64 million vehicles in total. It adopts a great number of intelligent, high-efficiency, energy-saving and environment-friendly new technologies and new devices to assist Geely Auto in becoming a leading enterprise in China's manufacturing industry. This project has been awarded the prize for "Excellent Development Award", "Excellent Contractor Award" and "Excellent Partner Supplier Award" by Geely.
BYD Auto Xi'an Plant Phase I & Phase II - Shenzhen Plant - Changzhou Plant - Changsha Plant (under construction) <br> AE provides Painting equipment for the four major BYD automobile plants, with a total annual output of 1.2 million vehicles. The production lines are designed and constructed in the principle of realizing lean, stable and energy-saving production. This project customizes and develops intelligent manufacturing equipment and production management system. AE is a close partner in the production line construction of BYD Auto.
