The Project is located in Jianxi District and Xigong District. The overall length of the comprehensive treatment is 17km, with a total investment of about RMB 2.053 billion, which concerns Jianhe River, Wangxiang River, Jinshui River, Dongdu Gully, Xidu Dully and offshore parks, four bridges across Jianhe River, surrounding roads and pipe networks. It is one of the key projects of Luoyang Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government to promote the "four-rivers treatment and three-canals linkage", which is of great significance to improve the production and living conditions of people along the rivers, improve urban functions and expand the urban development space.
The Project is located in the old urban area of Luoyang, with a total length of about 13.3km. The planned red line width for the standard section of the Project is 65m-73m, and the design speed of the main line is 60-80 km/h. The whole section is set up with 6 overpasses and underground roads. As the first expressway in the urban area of Luoyang, the Gucheng Expressway has epoch-making significance in the municipal engineering construction of Luoyang. The Expressway provides strong support for Luoyang to accelerate the construction of a sub-central city and build a growth pole of the province. Moreover, the Project won the prize of the 2020 Henan Zhongzhou Cup.
The Project is located in Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone, covering a total area of about 20km2, with a total investment of about RMB 5.34 billion. The construction includes roads, underground pipe networks, road greening, communication pipelines, bridges and culverts, tunnels, water systems and other infrastructure. It can enhance the infrastructure supply of the Airport Industrial Park, optimize the development environment of Dongying Economic and Technological Development Zone and Airport Industrial Park, and further promote the development of COMAC Dongying Test Flight Base and support the aviation industry clusters.
The Project is located in the old urban area of Luoyang, with a total investment of RMB 1.45 billion. The construction includes 8 ramps, two-way six lanes on the main line with a total of 5 layers, and two-way four lanes as the auxiliary lanes on the ground. As a key node of Sanchuan Avenue to open up towards the north, Tangshimen Overpass is truly the "East Gate" of Luoyang, becoming a symbolic overpass in the northeast of the urban area of Luoyang.
