The Project is located in Luoyang, with a total length of about 7.6km. The construction works include outdoor roads and squares, greening, earthwork, outdoor waterscape, lighting, water supply and drainage, garden construction, supporting facilities, etc. The implementation of the Project is of great significance to promote the construction of Luoyang into a water ecological civilization city and realize the overall goal of "clean water, green shore, smooth roads and benefits to people" of Luoyang Municipal Committee and Government, marching on a unique way of water treatment and development along the rivers.
Luoyang Zhengda International City Square & Citizen Center Project: It has a construction area of 1,030,000㎡, including 4 super high-rise urban complexes of 150m high. The geotechnical engineering parameters are provided accurately, and the natural foundation scheme is realized for the first time under similar conditions for super high-rise buildings. It won the provincial and ministerial excellent engineering survey award.
Luoyang Children's Hospital Project: It is the largest children's specialized hospital in western Henan, covering a construction area of 240,000㎡. It is a typical project to carry out the integrated services of engineering survey, design, construction, monitoring and detection of geotechnical engineering, which fully demonstrates the ability to solve the whole process problems of geotechnical engineering with the integrated technical advantages of all the specialties.
SGMW Indonesia Project: It is the first geotechnical engineering investigation, design and construction project of overseas OEM and spare parts undertaken by the Institute, covering an area of about 60 ha. It is the first time to use dynamic compaction technology in Indonesia to solve the issue of a large area of filling in the geotechnical work, which has accumulated successful experiences to expand the exploration business overseas.
