AE undertook the SAIC Hongyan commercial vehicle capacity expansion welding project and transformed manual production line and semi-auto production line to full-auto production line. The run at rate is increased from 17JPH to 26JPH. The new automatic lines include floor division and splicing line, side wall line, rear wall line, closure line, main welding line, WBS conveying line and finishing line, thus can be used for the joint-line production of 10 basic vehicle types. This project covers processes like spot welding, projection welding, gluing, arc welding and edge rolling and devices like electric slipway, servo turntable, APC and visual guidance. So far, this project has entered the installation phase.
Guangzhou Kaide New Energy Industrialization Production Base is the second factory for complete vehicles of Xiaopeng Automobile Technology Co., Ltd., the project is located in Huangpu District, Guangzhou City, with a coverage area of 564 mu and a production capacity of 100,000 new energy vehicles. Among them, the contents of bid section I include many shops such as painting shop, general assembly shop, production preparation shop, comprehensive station room, sewage treatment station, oil and chemical product warehouse, hazardous and waste article warehouse, test track and shipping center, with a total construction area of 150,000 square meters. <br> As one of the most influential designers and manufacturers of intelligent electric vehicles in China, Xiaopeng Automobile Technology Co., Ltd. is not only providing amazing high-tech products, but also leading the transformation direction of intelligent electric vehicles in an integrated, cross-border and innovative way. The successful bid winning of this project is the first time that our company has launched a cooperation in EPC model with "new auto manufacturing forces", which not only responds to the national new energy strategy, but also marks the beginning of China Automotive Industry Engineering Co., Ltd.'s entry into a new field.
For the Phase I EPC project in respect of heavy-duty truck capacity expansion of Shaanxi Automobile Group Co., Ltd., its contents include new construction of the production base with an annual production capacity of 80,000 heavy-duty trucks and 160,000 supporting vehicle frame assemblies as well as related functions such as R&D and testing. Specifically, it includes the research, development and testing shop, the frame joint shop, the general assembly joint shop, the testing and commissioning shop and the auxiliary supporting production facilities. The total coverage area of the project is about 750,000 square meters, and the total construction area of Phase I project is about 270,000 square meters.
The newly built Ningde production capacity project of SAIC with an annual production capacity of 240,000 passenger vehicles is located in Sanyu Park, Jiaocheng District, Ningde City, Fujian Province, Sanyu Park covers an area of 6,800 mu, including 2,194 mu of the automotive OEMs and 400,000 square meters of the construction area. The investment in the automotive OEMs is about 5 billion, including many works such asthe four shops of major engine plant, supporting station rooms and factory engineering.
