PRODUCTS CENTER
This project serves as a model project in China-Thailand cooperation during the state's Belt and Road Initiative. It is also the first overseas Painting and production line for passenger cars of SAIC, with an annual output of 135,000 vehicles (including Phase II). The main products are ZS11, SK82 (LDV pickup truck) and other own vehicle types of SAIC. This is the first production line to adopt new process devices, including swing rod bearing, pre-treatment electrophoresis chamber structured by thin plate + outer framework, all-straight oven, air conditioning air supply and exhaust system that requires low energy consumption and adapts to local climate, and primer airborne friction conveying equipment. This project was constructed in a rapid and efficient way and its products are sold to ASEAN countries. It won the title of "the Best Supplier" granted by SAIC in 2018.
The five major automobile plants of BAIC, respectively in Guangzhou, Beijing, Zhenjiang, Changhe and Zhuzhou, are capable of annually producing 1.15 million sedans, passenger cars, off-road vehicles, SUV and other types of self-owned vehicle brands of BAIC. This project accomplished the overall domestic strategic layout for the vehicles of BAIC's self-owned brands and established an all-round platform for BAIC's outbound joint venture cooperation.
Changan Auto <br> AE provides multiple Painting equipment production lines for the three major passenger car production bases of Changan Auto respectively in Chongqing, Beijing and Hefei, realizing an annual output of up to 960,000 vehicles. This project adopts rational process layout, advanced energy-saving equipment highly automatic design, achieving the Painting and production line with the optimal cost performance, helping multiple types of Changan vehicles become popular sellers in the market. This project has also been awarded by the customer multiple times.
Geely Auto Baoji-Yuyao-Hangzhou Bay-Chunxiao-Linhai-Xi'an-Xiangtan-Changxing Painting Shop <br> This project provides 8 Painting and production lines for Geely Auto Group, achieving an annual output of 1.64 million vehicles in total. It adopts a great number of intelligent, high-efficiency, energy-saving and environment-friendly new technologies and new devices to assist Geely Auto in becoming a leading enterprise in China's manufacturing industry. This project has been awarded the prize for "Excellent Development Award", "Excellent Contractor Award" and "Excellent Partner Supplier Award" by Geely.
