It adopts the lifting hanger system based on LJU independently developed by AE for the first time, and becomes the benchmarking general assembly shop with the most advanced process technology of CCAG after completion in August 2016.
the project is a sister project of the diversion high-end projects of Chongqing Chang'an undertaken by our company. The project is an upgraded version based on the success of Chongqing project. The local points of the project have been optimized and the designed cycle time is 53s.
it is the General Assembly Shop with the largest investment and the most advanced equipment of Geely Auto, which is introduced the advanced manufacturing process of Volvo, adopts the technology of modular pallet, automatic in-out warehousing and pallet library storage sorting, and is cooperated with new equipment such as pallet switching device, floating centering, and intelligent clamping and holding mechanism. The designed net output of the equipment is 60JPH.
Geely Changxing Base is planned and constructed in accordance with the principles of intelligence, lean and flexibility. The conveying equipment of General Assembly Shop fully embodies the lean design to eliminate all kinds of unnecessary waste. The designed net output of the equipment is 60JPH.
