SGMW Indonesia Painting Shop (General Contracting) <br> This project is the first overseas cooperation project between AE and SGMW, as well as AE's first General Contract Project integrating whole-plant public civil engineering and production line. The Painting Shop is one of the core contents and is the first to adopt digital technologies like simulated installation and simulated debugging, thus is safe, reliable, environment-friendly and energy-saving. This project has a high level of construction and a short cycle and is the pioneer of the new establishment model of overseas automobile plants.
AE assists SGMW in constructing four major production bases in China, i.e. Liuzhou (Hexi and Baojun), Qingdao and Chongqing. Wherein, Baojun base and Chongqing base are of whole-plant general contracting. The total run at rate is 438JPH. The plant is capable of producing 2.9 million vehicles a year. The production processes follow the general global standards for Painting processes and passenger cars to realize flexible, lean and green production. With AE's efficient management and quality products, SGMW strongly guarantees the position as the first domestic enterprise reaching an annual output of 2 million vehicles in 2015. It won the medals for "the Best Partner of the Decade" and "the Thousands of Road Honor Award" issued by SGMW.
Dongfeng Nissan Huadu-Xiangyang-Zhengzhou 70-Dalian-Zhengzhou 510 General Contracting <br> From single-discipline equipment supply to the general contracting for whole-workshop engineering, this project adopts systematic service upgrade to enable AE to get an overall grasp of the production line technologies and management methods of Japanese automobile enterprises. Also, this project carried out concentrated display and successful application cases in Zhengzhou 510 General Contracting Project. Dongfeng Renault-Brilliance Renault-Renault Russia <br> This project is based on the in-depth learning of Renault global technical standards and enters the procurement system of Renault global. Renault Russia Project is the first local supplier of China authorized by Renault global for overseas projects. Brilliance Renault is granted the prize for the Award for Excellent Suppliers by AE. AE has carried out extensive domestic and overseas cooperation with Renault.
