Main product: heavy truck chassis <br> Program: 150,000 sets/a<br> Features & layout: It is applied to the four major bases at the same time, namely Tangshan Base, Maanshan Base, Wuhu Base and Suizhou Base, covering three EPS surface treatment lines and 12 uncoiling lines. It has become the largest vehicle frame supplier in Jianghuai and is gradually expanding its reach to Foton, Shaanxi Heavy Duty Automobile and National Heavy Duty Truck.
the base is jointly built by NIO and JAC, aiming to create the most advanced and intelligent benchmarking plant in Hefei. The project covers the conveying equipment in the General Assembly Shop and involves the planned net production capacity of 30JPH.
the project is the first self-built plant of XPeng. In this project, the general assembly conveying line in the General Assembly Shop is undertaken by AE, with the production capacity of 30JPH. It can realize the mixed-line production of 5 wheelbase models, and the production has been officially started on April 1, 2020.
the project is located in Yancheng, with the production capacity of 20JP. The project applies a large number of advanced manufacturing equipment and realizes digital management for the whole business chain of production and manufacturing based on 5G, cloud computing and other information management systems. It is also a brand demonstration and user experience base. The project PBS adopts the "shuttle + plane warehouse" system. AGV is used for trim lines, chassis sub-assembly and battery sub-assembly, and lifting hangers are used for chassis lines, thus achieving extremely flexible production capacity.
