Comprehensive Treatment and Ecosystem Restoration of Luoyang Luohe Eastern Section (Former East Lake) and Reconstruction Project
The Project is located in Luoyang, with a total length of about 7.6km. The construction works include outdoor roads and squares, greening, earthwork, outdoor waterscape, lighting, water supply and drainage, garden construction, supporting facilities, etc. The implementation of the Project is of great significance to promote the construction of Luoyang into a water ecological civilization city and realize the overall goal of "clean water, green shore, smooth roads and benefits to people" of Luoyang Municipal Committee and Government, marching on a unique way of water treatment and development along the rivers.
