Opel Poland X250 General Assembly Conveyor Project
the project is located in Gliwice, Poland, with the designed cycle time of 34JPH, which is the milestone project of our company for the first formal entry into the local European market. The main working contents include PBS line, trim line, chassis line, final line, engine combination assembly line, rain line and inspection line for the new General Assembly Shop. Among them, the combination assembly mode of engine tray mounted on hangers and the heavy-duty hangers bearing 6.4 tons are developed and applied in the project for the first time.
