Human Horizons General Assembly Main Conveyor System Project
the project is located in Yancheng, with the production capacity of 20JP. The project applies a large number of advanced manufacturing equipment and realizes digital management for the whole business chain of production and manufacturing based on 5G, cloud computing and other information management systems. It is also a brand demonstration and user experience base. The project PBS adopts the "shuttle + plane warehouse" system. AGV is used for trim lines, chassis sub-assembly and battery sub-assembly, and lifting hangers are used for chassis lines, thus achieving extremely flexible production capacity.
