General Assembly Shop Project of Polestar Volvo Polaris Chengdu Plant
the project is the exclusive plant of Polestar, the high-end new energy vehicle brand of Volvo, in China. The goal is to build a global super smart plant of the brand. The project adopts intelligent AGV as the conveying carrier and is combined with the combination assembly system applied Volvo global quality standards to meet the top quality standards of supercars and meet personalized customization requirements to the greatest extent at the same time. The designed cycle time of the project is 10JPH, and the formal production started in April 2019.
